Delivery Guideline

  1. All domestic shipping will be handled by Entrego Express Corp.
  2. Orders after 4 pm will be processed in the next working day.
  3. Orders from Bacolod-based vendors will be consolidated and shipped to Manila within 5-7 working days.
  4. For Manila-based items to other parts of the Philippines, delivery time is 2-5 working days. 
  5. Allowances still have to be given as flight schedules may change due to cancellations and re-scheduling.
  6. Fresh and frozen food items based in Manila (such as  Felicias cakes and ensaymadas, Ereneta Chorizos and Inasalan sa Dalan frozen food products), deliveries will be made within 48 hours. They will be delivered separately from each vendor's locations. 
  7. Please make sure that you will check the description thoroughly before you place the order. Should you need assistance, please contact us at 09673281413 for clarifications.
  8. International orders will be handled by RAF International. Delivery time is about 10 to 15 days under normal flight schedules.
  9. Please check with your local customs office specially on restriction of food items. Some of our food items are packed in tin cans, bottles, aluminum or clear plastic. All modes of packaging are displayed together with the products.
  10. Returns and Exchanges

               - All purchases are final and are non-refundable. Returns and                 exchanges can only be granted under the following conditions

                         a. Requests are made within 2 days of receipt of products

                         b. If the wrong product is delivered

                         c. If product is damaged or defective

                         d. Difference in size

               - Requests of change must be made by the customer within two (2) days of receipt of product. Once request has been approved, an email will be sent and customers may ship items to the Association of Negros Producers (ANP) office address. Once ANP receives the item, allow 3 days for evaluation before we send a new item.

               - Shipping fees to and from the ANP office under conditions a, b and c will be shouldered by the ANP. Shipping fee under d will be shouldered by the customer.

               - Any customs duties and/or taxes which customers has paid will not be refunded.
